Christina Milligan is a seasoned litigator who joined Wilkinson & Finkbeiner after nearly 15 years advising and litigating on behalf of public and private clients. Most recently, she worked for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office advising the San Diego Police Department on a variety of legal matters including employee relations, constitutional rights, purchasing and contracting, subpoenas, the California Public Records Act and police officer disciplinary issues. Christina’s extensive litigation experience includes taking and conducting hundreds of depositions, successfully arguing complex motions, effectively resolving high value cases and appearing before the City Council and other legislative bodies. She has also first and second chaired numerous jury and bench trials with excellent results.

Christina received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, San Diego and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. At California Western, Christina received awards for obtaining the highest grades in her Professional Responsibility, Business Organizations and Trial Practice classes. She also attended California Western on a full scholarship as a Trustee’s Scholar. Christina is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.

When she is not helping her clients obtain successful results in their family law matters, Christina enjoys spending time with her kids, running, traveling and volunteering in her community. She is also a member of the school board of Grace Lutheran Church and Preschool in San Diego.
